SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall’s compensation plan as outlined in the performance Management Process User’s Guide, p.12 states that the “City
should conduct a formal salary survey … at least every two years.” The last survey was conducted June 1, 2002. The City should update the compensation plan by means of contracting
with BDPA, Inc. to conduct a salary survey that includes cost of living factors (housing, food, and transportation).
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Please accept the attached BDPA, Inc. proposal
and direct City staff to work with BDPA, Inc. to complete the update to the compensation plan.
