SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Power has requested
an easement from the City for installation of electrical transmission lines along a portion of Deinhard Lane (also called the East-West Loop). The construction will require the relocation
of a short segment of their lines. This easement covers the new location.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Grant the requested easement to Idaho Power and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary
documents.
