CALL TO ORDER
The December 20, 2010, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope, Scrivner, Struemph, and
Weber
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2010 -96 (Zoning for tattoo and body piercing businesses) - Discussion was held
regarding the possibility of placing the bill on the informal calendar and postponing the
public hearing until Council can spend more time discussing the issue. Councilman Eric
Struemph stated after this discussion, he does intend to place the bill on the informal
calendar, and staff recommended in that case, the public hearing should not be held
tonight, but rather rescheduled and held at the meeting when the Council will be voting on
the issue.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:01 P.M.
