adopted a tentative budget in the amount of $13,603,678 on July 19, 2004.
Attached is the draft budget of $13,476,038 which incorporates all of the reductions discussed at the Council
Budget Work Session on July 19, 2004.

Leave the Public Hearing open to accept written comments until August 17, 2004.
