SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The proposed amendment to the FY 2004 budget includes an additional $100,000 Grant from the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council
(LHTAC) for the construction of the East-West Loop and appropriates $50,000 of General Fund surplus fund balance in the form of a loan to the Sewer Fund for construction of sewer improvements
within the Rio Vista neighborhood.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Leave the Public Hearing open to accept written comments until August 17, 2004.
