SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The
Planning & Zoning Commission and staff have been working on substantial revisions to the zoning code and subdivision requirements (both currently in McCall City Code Title 3). Attached
are the current draft versions of a new Title 3 (the zoning code) and a new Title 9 (the subdivision regulations).
The Planning & Zoning Commission, McCall Improvement Committee and
staff have been working on draft design guidelines. Attached are the current draft design guidelines.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Discuss zoning code amendments and the adoption of design
guidelines with the Planning & Zoning Commission.
