PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, Block 197, Lot 3, located at Longfellow Street, assessed to Fourth MPPL was
assessed as a separate parcel of land for the 2005 tax year, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor has recognized that this parcel is included, combined and
assessed with lot number 2, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends that the taxes assessed for the 2005 tax year be
cancelled on Block 197, Lot 3 in the amount of$163.54.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel the 2005 taxes in the
amount of$163.54.
