SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On July 26, 2004 the Council interview
candidates for the City Prosecutor position and selected Larry Dunn, Dunn Law Office. The attached agreement formalizes Mr. Dunn’s duties, responsibilities and compensation as City
Prosecutor. The agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract with the Dunn Law Office and authorize the Mayor to sign.
