SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The proposed amendment to the FY 2004 budget includes an additional $100,000 Grant from the Local Highway Technical Assistance
Council (LHTAC) for the construction of the East-West Loop and appropriates $50,000 of General Fund surplus fund balance in the form of a loan to the Sewer Fund for construction of sewer
improvements within the Rio Vista neighborhood.
Ordinance No. 798 amends the FY 2004 Appropriations Ordinance No. 782 by appropriating additional monies in the sum of $200,000.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only, Ordinance No. 798. Adopt Ordinance No. 798.
