REQUESTING APPROVAL OF INSERTION OF $14,110 THE
2005 BUDGET REVENUE AVAILABLE FROM THE STATE
OF
NEW JERSEY-MUNICIPAL STORMWATER
REGULATION PROGRAM GRANT
WHEREAS, N.J.S. 40:4-87 provides that the Director of Local Government
Services may approve the insertion of any special item of revenue in the budget of
any municipality when such item shall have been made available by law and the
amount thereof was not determined at the time of the adoption of the budget, and
WHEREAS, said Director may also approve the insertion of any item of
appropriation for equal amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret hereby
1'- requests the Director of the Division of Local Government Services to approve the
insertion ofan item of revenue in the budget of the year 2005 in the sum of$14,110
which item is now available as a revenue fTom the Municipal Storm-Water
Regulation Program Grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a like sum of $14,110 be and the same is
hereby appropriated under the caption of:
Municipal Storm-Water Regulation Program Grant
Adopted this 22nd day of September
2005 and certified as a true copy
of the original on September 23rd,
2005.
