SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mr. & Mrs. Bredin
would like to assign their current lease agreement over to Mr. Michael Anderson. Mr. Anderson would like to assume all rights and privileges associated with this lease agreement.
The
Airport Advisory Committee has been individually notified and recommends that the Airport Manager submit the request to the City Council for approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve
the Lease transfer and authorize the Mayor to sign the assignment and assumption of lease.
