Robert and Clare Bredin is the lessee of land owned by the City of McCall, Idaho described as Lot Number 1C, Hangar 204, McCall Municipal
Airport, McCall, Idaho. A copy of the lease has been presented to Michael Anderson by Robert and Clare Bredin.
Pursuant to an agreement dated _______________________ executed in McCall,
Idaho,
Robert and Clare Bredin agreed to assign the lease to Michael Anderson.
Lease Assignment and Assumption:
Effective as of the date hereof, Robert and Clare Bredin does hereby
assign all rights, interest, and obligations under the terms of the above described lease with the City of McCall, Idaho to Michael Anderson; and Michael Anderson does hereby assume
all rights, interest, and obligations under the terms of the above described lease with the City of McCall, Idaho.
