SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The
McCall Golf Foundation has offered to share the cost of sealing the cart paths at the Golf Course. The total cost of the project is approximately $30,000. The Foundation is requesting
that the City contribute $7,000. The annual fundraising tournament in the fall is expected to raise $8,000 and the Foundation will contribute the remaining $15,000.
The Golf Management
Team has reviewed the Foundation’s proposal and recommends that the Council provide $7,000 from Council Contingency as the City’s portion of the project.
The parking lot must also be
sealed, but is not included in this project. The proposed FY05 budget includes $7,000 for that project. Repair and sealing of the parking lot is planned for October ’04, weather permitting.
