SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed and approved a 32
lot subdivision on the west side of Boydstun Street, near the intersection with Rio Vista Blvd. The Commission approved the preliminary plat and recommended that the City Council approve
the final plat, subject to certain conditions. Those conditions have been satisfied.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve SUB-03-6.
