a) Request to designate an ADA space on State Street adjacent to the Federal Courthouse.

b) Request to remove parking on the south side of West Circle Drive, prior to the intersection with

c) Request to make one parking spot (west side, south of alleyway) in the 300 block of Jefferson St.
