SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall Rotary Club is considering contributing funds to the City of McCall/Parks Department to rehabilitate Rotary Park, as part of their Centennial Project.
If this donation occurs, it would provide part of the matching funds for a Community Transportation Enhancement grant. The focus of the grant would be removing some unhealthy plant
material in the "island" section of the park, replanting trees and shrubs to beautify and enhance the island, adding color and plant diversity, and improving soil quality. The grant
only will be submitted if the Rotary donation is secured.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve submission of the grant application, and authorize the Mayor to sign all related documents.
