SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached is a contract with
Metropolitan Life Insurance company for dental insurance services. Delta Dental, our current carrier, had increased their renewal rates by 10% for the 2005 fiscal year. A comparison
of coverage with MetLife indicated that they could provide the exact same level of coverage and service for a -17% change in costs.
