RESOLUTION NO. 91 -3102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING "NO STOPPING AT ANY
TIME" ON THE WEST SIDE OF ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD
BETWEEN HERMOSA AVENUE AND LAS TUNAS DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency
( "Agency ") has approved and authorized development of the Temple
City Square shopping center on property north and west of the
intersection of Rosemead Boulevard and Las Tunas Drive, and
WHEREAS, Bank of America has constructed new temporary
bank facilities on the southwest corner of Rosemead Boulevard and
Hermosa Avenue, and
WHEREAS,the stopping and parking of vehicles along the
west curb of Rosemead Boulevard tends to block visibility for
ingress and egress from adjacent properties, and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Traffic Engineer
that stopping and parking should be restricted for traffic
safety,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY: Vehicular stopping and parking shall be
prohibited and "No Stopping at Any Time" signs shall be posted on
the west side of Rosemead Boulevard between Hermosa Avenue and
Las Tunas Drive in the City of Temple City.
SECTION 1. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and adoption of this resolution and the same shall thereupon take
effect and be in force.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1991.

Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of November,
