ESTABLISHING PETTY CASH FUND FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there is a need for the Police Department to establish a petty cash
fund in the amount of$50,00, and
WHEREAS, the petty cash fund will be used by the Police Department to collect
fees for various reports, copies and charges assessed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the petty cash fund be
established in the Police Department and maintained by a bonded employee,
