SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Library has received an additional $1,000.00 from a recent
donor. The amount donated exceeds the budgeted amount in the Library’s private contributions revenue line 25-98-040-970. The library would like to request that $1,000.00 be taken from
the library contingency revenue line, 25-99-065-100, and moved into the book budget revenue line 25-57-150-435, to be spent as directed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the transfer
of $1,000 from the library contingency revenue line to the library book budget revenue line.
