CALL TO ORDER
The February 4, 2011, City Council "Brown Bag" Meeting was convened at 12:00 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Harvey, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope, Scrivner, Struemph, and
Weber
Absent: Griffith
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr announced that the Hayselton Drive applicant has withdrawn his
application for the project previously scheduled to be on this agenda.
City Administrator Steve Rasmussen stated that the Council has indicated a wish to have
a Work Session on February 14. He stated that he will be coordinating the topics and get
the information to the Council sometime next week.
2010 -96 (zoning for tattoo parlors) - Councilman Eric Struemph stated he plans to leave
this on the Informal Calendar unless a majority of the Council wishes to take it up.
Bids over $25,000 - Mayor John Landwehr suggested postponing voting on this since Ms.
Stephenson will be out of the office due to a death in her family. He suggested perhaps that
might a topic for discussion at the February 14 Work Session.
Consent Agenda - Councilman Bob Scrivner stated he had asked City Clerk Phyllis Powell
to correct a typographical error in the January 18, 2011, Regular City Council minutes which
she has indicated she would do. The corrected version will be emailed to the Council prior
to their vote to approve on Monday night.
