NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows: I. The proposal from T & M Associates for engineering services related to the preparation and recording of drawings and ROSI modifications for Carteret Park/Sportsman Field Project, at a total cost not to exceed $1,750.00, at the hourly rate set forth in its existing contract with the Borough is hereby approved; 2. This action is approved as an award of a professional services contract. Adopted this 22nd day of September, 2005 and certified as a true copy of the original on September 23, 2005. KATHLEEN M. The record drawings are for gazebo and tot lot improvements at Carteret Park and the football field at Sportsman's Field. Scope of Services Based on the above scope of work, we will provide the following engineering services: I ~ 1. Using the existing construction drawings for Sportsman's Field, we wiIJ provide an as-built plan (record drawing) for the project No field survey is proposed. The drawing will consist of modifying the construction drawings to depict actual as-built information for the project. -) I ~ 2. Using an existing rendering ofCarteret Park, we will provide an as-built plan (record drawing) for the recently completed park improvement project. The improvements to be shown are the new gazebo and tot lot. No field survey is proposed. The drawing will consist of modifying the available rendering to depict actual as-built information for the project.
