Grant Coordinator     Other:    SUMMARY STATEMENT: The City of McCall was awarded a grant in the sum of $16,800 from the Idaho Department of Lands in cooperation with the USDA Forest Service. The grant will be used to remove trees and dead trees on 15 acres parcel of city property north of the Airport. The project was placed out for public bid and two bids were received. Bids results were as follows: Red Rock Resource Management $11,500 Mickey Matthews $16,800 Red Rock Resource Management has been identified as the apparent lowest responsible bidder. Attached is a copy of the contract which has been reviewed by the City Attorney.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: To waive the informalities or minor defects of the bids, award the project to Red Rock Resource Management and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract after the Contractor has executed all contract documents.
