Holladay Engineering is doing the preliminary engineering for the Four Corners Project. Work completed during the invoice period (May 16-Aug. 21, 2004) included: intermediate
final design meeting; property easement acquisition; paperwork on fourth easement donation; and edits of the plans, specifications and estimates.
