SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Planning
& Zoning Commission has reviewed the final plat of Aspen Ridge Phase Two. The Commission recommends that the Council approve the final plat.
Ordinance 799 allocates the LID #3 assessment
from the larger original parcels to the newly created lots in Phase Two.
The complete application for Aspen Ridge Phase Two is very large. Attached is only a reduced-size copy of the
plat. The complete file is available for review in City Hall.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the final plat of the Aspen Ridge Subdivision Phase One (SUB–02–1); and
Suspend the
rules and read Ordinance 799 by title only, one time only; and
Adopt Ordinance 799; and
Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
