CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the January 18, 2022 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:45 P.M.
to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Hensley, Kemna, Lester, Schreiber, Spicer, Vogt*, Ward, and
Wiseman
Absent: Schreiber
A quorum was present. *Participated via Web-Ex.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilm ember Ward will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Mayor Tergin will read a Pandemic Update provided by Kristi Campbell, Cole County Health
Department Director.
Public Hearing
- Sonny Sanders, Director of Planning and Protective Services will present bill 2021-075.
Consent Agenda
- There were no questions at this time.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff presented their respective bills.
Bills Pending
- Bill 2021-075 will be taken up under Public Hearings
Resolutions
- City Staff presented their resolutions.
New Business
- Ryan Moehlman will present the amended 101 Jackson Street proposal from
Transformational Housing. Representatives from the Housing Authority and
Transformational Housing will be in attendance to answer questions.
