STATEMENT:
During their October 13, 2004 meeting, the Transportation Advisory Committee unanimously voted to recommend that the City Council adopt an ordinance to prohibit the use
of compression brakes in the City of McCall.
Attached is a copy of the proposed Ordinance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules and read Ordinance No. 800 by title only,
one time only; and
Adopt Ordinance No. 800
