And depressing that they'd continue to waste time trying to tweak what's there.Removing it, and having a simple 4-way stop seems more obvious. It's probably a "sunk cost fallacy," where the sunk costs here are political, technical, and monetary. Ittakes too much imagination to walk away. This way, they can claim that they're doing something, while studying the impact of what they'redoing. And again that's missing the point. If they haven't learned from the impact of the entire project(every wasted and costly bulbout), they're not likely to learn something more subtle optimizing thatone (albeit ludicrous) roundabout. Dec. 23, 2021 Positive UK Data. Omicron not leading tohosp. To: Loran Harding <loran.harding@stanfordalumni.org> December 24, 2021 late To all- Here is Dr. John Campbell in the UK for Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021: They are NOT seeing a big increase in hospitalizations in the UK as Omicronspreads. The US is seeing an uptick in those but he says that is still due to Delta. South Africa, where almost all new cases are Omicron, is not not seeing a big jump inhospitalizations. Tonight on the CBS evening network news in the US, some honesty and accuracy raised its ugly head. They reported that cases of Covid are up 45% in NYC suddenly and thathospitalizations are up 1%. 45% and 1%. The big increase in Covid cases are due to Omicron and it is not putting people in the hospital. Residents of NYC have a 10% higher vaccinationrate than the rest of the US. With 72 million Americans still unvaccinated, if you can believe that, it is little wonder that Delta is still putting people into hospitals. The UK IS seeing a significant number of breakthrough cases in the fully vaccinated, apparently even in the boosted, with Omicron. So if you are boosted, you are still vulnerableto mild disease if and when Omicron breaks through your immunity. Immunity escape.SO, double mask, avoid crowds, wash hands frequently, social distance, keep hands away from nose and mouth, get good sleep, eat right, above all, get boosted!. But the chances arethat you will not be hospitalized for mild illness. And so, not ICU, ventilator and death. He gives the symptoms almost daily for Omicron. Put your finger on your nose, then the top of your head, then your nose again, and then your throat. That is how I remember the Omicron symptoms. Runny nose, headache, sneezing, sore throat, and now add fatique- mild or severe-, and body aches. If you have all of that, go get tested. Self isolate if you are positive. Even if you are asymptomatic but infectedwith Omicron, you can spread it to people who can get sick with it. It is highly contagious. L. William Harding Fresno, Ca. Be cautiousof opening attachments and clicking on links. I spent a lot of time growing up and driving in Europe too. The tiny loop combined with the limited visibility from the bushes means that you can't seewhat you're getting yourself into before you're there, particularly on east meadow. The maindifference about driving that loop here, is that Americans are slower to sense that the person inthe loop has the right of way, and they don't "blinker out" of the loop. And again, given the tinysize, there's no time for the usual thinking about typical right of way ideas. In California, it'smore: "who's here? who's gonna go?" And then, we add "oh dear, there's a bike, everyonestop." What a mess. Bryant isn't perfect. It actually has a similar tiny loop, and my son was hit there on a bike by acar. (Kids bounce, he's fine.) But the loop almost works on Bryant for two reasons: 1) it feelslike there are far less cars, and a lot more bikes, and 2) they don't pinch in the bike lanes toforce the bikes into the car traffic. Obviously it's a reasonable definition of insanity to keep city council on a thread like this. I'msure it's been deleted/muted by any members who track their email. My challenge to myself has been to come up with something to wake city council up, so they'reengaged in trying to correct this. The best I've gotten so far is a video of a bunch of the currenttraffic patterns. Maybe I try to send that directly to the mayor, with comments about howunresponsive the city council has been? Hmm... more black-hole work? A video like I'mimagining is probably 40-80 hours of work. (I'd fuzz out any license plates.) Like I said, I have no interest or skill in local politics. I know there are some creative minds onthis list, and many here who might see the politics more clearly. Let me know (any time) ifthere's something you'd like to see me (or any of us) try to do to get it fixed. musicbybrianpatrick.com do what you love On Fri, Dec 24, 2021 at 5:02 PM DAVID MEINHARDT <davidmeinhardt@sbcglobal.net>wrote: Amen. I ride my bike often, but no longer on Ross. If I must, I will ride on the sidewalk. The City should remove the bumps and dividers and turn Ross Rd. into a bike lane like Bryant. It would make much more sense. Sometimes, when driving on Ross Ihave been squeezed by oncoming vehicles over the bumps. This is neither safe for cars nor bikes. Having lived in Europe, I always liked traffic circles. However, the one on Ross is smaller in diameter than any I have seen in Europe, making it more difficult to negotiate. It is indeed unfortunate that the Palo Alto City Council ignored advice on Ross Rd. and went ahead with their ill-conceived plans for Ross Rd. instead. David Meinhardt On Friday, December 24, 2021, 12:57:20 PM PST, Brian <bpstrope@gmail.com> wrote: I love Bryant, and ride on it as often as I can. My memory is that the combination of the Y and "neighborhood resistance" kept the city from closing any of the intersections to car traffic. Without that, they should have stopped the project. Instead they improvised a new idea that failed. The obvious solution is opening the entrance to the Y on Middlefield, and closing off the Y on Ross, and then closing Ross at two points to car traffic, and let the bikes go through. Then there wouldn't be any fast car traffic, and no need to slow traffic down with choke points that push bikes into car traffic. Again my memory is that the city ignored input from the community with the new proposal, confident that we'd like it when we got used to it. Others were confident that as bikes, we'd be comfortable riding down the center of Ross the entire time and never letting cars pass us. Quite frankly, crazy talk. I saw a terrible near miss just recently with a young girl on a bike barely riding ahead of her mom on the sidewalk on the left side of the street. The person leaving the Y parking lot (turning right) never looked right to check for pedestrians. Somehow the little girl stopped at the last minute. The mom didn't realize that sidewalks are often more dangerous for bikes than the street, and that the wrong side of the sidewalk, especially so. The amount of traffic going into the Y is at odds with the idea of Ross being a friendly / quiet neighborhood street good for biking. And now with the junk in the street, from this failed project, Ross doesn't work well for anyone. And again, my memory is that the surveys after the project did not see Ross as an improvement, and that data was generally swept under the rug like the input from the community always has been for this project. I've never cared about local politics. Palo Alto works fine enough. The parks work, and the police don't get in the way. I assumed someone who cares about local politics would have fixed Ross. By the time I got involved, the city council was run down and deaf to additional input about Ross. Too many people had told them it was a mistake, and instead of fixing it, they stopped listening. I don't remember who it was but I remember one frustrated council person at my first meeting saying, can someone please ask something that isn't about Ross. Time to get a new city council. Happy Holidays. musicbybrianpatrick.com do what you love On Thu, Dec 23, 2021 at 9:40 PM Eben Kermit <ebenkermit7@gmail.com> wrote: I continue to agree with you that the Ross Rd. bicycle Blvd. “improvement” project failed. The concept of a travel corridor similar to Bryant St. did and continues to have merit. Bryant St. was the project that Council member Ellen Fletcher conceived decades ago. The bollards blocking through travel to cars allows bicycles to have a safe and continuous path across Palo Alto. While there are sections with bicycle lanes, there are no attempts to squeeze cyclists among cars. The roundabouts do not have over-sized center circles AND bulb out sidewalks. Anyone who has ridden these two routes knows the difference. We need more of the design elements of Bryant and less ofRoss. The $12M price tag was a painful joke. The tire scuff marks and frequent flat tires of the roundabouts are bad enough, but watching a fire truck negotiate the circle is horrifying as they have to slow down so much when critical seconds may make a difference. Injuries continue at a much higher rate than observed before the “improvements”. Ross Rd. is dangerous. I didn’t like the design, implementation and now the reality of the result for these bicycle corridors. I wish the city would spend the time and money to change the design to resemble Bryant St. before someone else is injured or killed. I ride my bike often, but no longer on Ross. If I must, I will ride on the sidewalk. The City should remove the bumps and dividers and turn Ross Rd. into a bike lane like Bryant. It would make much more sense. Sometimes, when driving on Ross I have been squeezed by oncoming vehicles over the bumps. This is neither safe for cars nor bikes. Having lived in Europe, I always liked traffic circles. However, the one on Ross is smaller in diameter than any I have seen in Europe, making it more difficult to negotiate. It is indeed unfortunate that the Palo Alto City Council ignored advice on Ross Rd. and went ahead with their ill-conceived plans for Ross Rd. instead. Planning Commissioners, Architectural Review Board, and Council Members, I meant to send out my oral comments from the PTC meeting on 12/8/2021 but realize they've been sitting in my outbox. Please find them below. Happy Holidays! Good evening, Commissioners, Here we are again, still discussing the Castilleja project. For years, the school has beenmodifying and reducing the scale of their proposed modernized campus, and I hope thisevening you will recommend approval of the significantly smaller 69 car undergroundgarage, as well as the modified pool design that includes moving a stairway. I want to focus on trees this evening, because many of the school’s recent changes havebeen designed to further protect their canopy. In particular, changes have been made to thepool and parking garage in order to mitigate impacts on protected trees. 1. First, the 69-car garage protects trees just as well as the 52-car garage. Yes, it also serves the neighborhood by moving more cars below grade, but importantly, it protects trees.2. Second, making adjustments to the placement of the pool stairway and electrical transformer will further protect tree 89. In addition, choosing this pool option still allows deliveries to be moved below grade, which I have to believe is ideal for immediate neighbors from a noise standpoint.3. Overall, the school is adding 100 new trees to campus. While it will be many years until the trees are mature, they are investing in the beautiful canopy for generations to come. Like many in Palo Alto, I love the trees that line our streets and beautify ourcity. We also love our city’s schools, and investing in education has always beena hallmark of Palo Alto values. Castilleja is investing in trees, sustainability, andeducation, and it’s now time to move forward with this project. If we go into lockdowns again you may not be able to get home. Its true the Drs & Chemists up here (Northland) are on high alert - I checked. Sharing this. Brace Yourselves Remembering Ardern announced at the World Economic Forum she wanted NZ to be the for first to fully implement the new order. How much more proof do people need to wake up to this concocted scam. It has to be stopped. Lockdown already planned for January 2022. The fiat banking system of which everyone uses is going to be collapsed from mid 2022 onward therefore all mortgages will be ended and the NWO digital currency introduced. Titles will be handed over to the State Government and lease agreements will be introduced for the property's people once owned. This will bring in the social credit system whereby you have to fully comply or you lose points and the privlage to continue the lease on your property or business. Failing to fully comply means they can simply cut everything off from you by the push of a few buttons leaving you with no access to any money to feed yourself. This is how they have planned to remove people from there property's especially the rural areas. Remember Ardern saying the days of dairy farming are over? Well this is what she meant by it. All assets will be owned by the State. Welcome to the first time the western world was ever pushed into Communism and we are the generations that allowed it by not standing up to fight against it. Ardern, Helen Clark, and all the commys of the party's must be laughing there heads off at how stupid the people have been to totally get sucked in and comply their way to full Communism and just handed their freedoms away because of the common flu. All is done and dusted in the next few months unless all the people stand up and fight back. Everything you ever worked for is about to be all taken from you. Anyone silly enough not to believe it then tell us all how they took three water assets from us when most councils said no.(because they had already made the sale to multi corporations) Explain how legislation got put through to remove titles and why they would do so. Explain SNA land grabbing and tell us what can't be classed as significant area. Explain why a health Minister can now order the destruction of buildings on your property just by saying so. (Covid Response bill) Either rise up now or we might as well just hand over everything we have. Once the banks are collapsed try proving you are the rightful tittle holder. Because unless you hold the original copy with proof you owe nothing on it they will be seizing the titles and only offer a lease agreement back. That's if you are taking your 3 monthly booster shots of which will probably be monthly or weekly by then. Refuse and lose, that's how China control the people by the social credit system. Anyone who applied or applies for a jab passport has entered themselves into the social credit system. Now do we understand why the push to jab everyone including the children? Because they need everyone done to be coded for the new system. Remember the push for digital ID of all animal stock and how they used a so called deadly disease to encourage all the farmers to enter into it at a cost paid by the farmers and after compliance just what happened to that fatal disease that they had to slaughter whole herds for of which no cows had died only were slaughtered and killed instead because of so called positives. Funny that, because the PCR test also gives close to 100 percent false positives. Sars-Cov-2 which is covid 19 was patented in 2005 and in 2012 recorded in medical journals as the common flu. That's why we all never died of a deadly virus people. Yet while they had people locked down fearing for their lives they rushed new laws through to remove our freedoms and rights. But hey if you think complying to this corruption by wearing a mask, producing a passport to do things like eat out FFS or go watch a movie or have a day at the Christmas races, concert or whatever let alone supply a passport to work and earn a living then you probably need to take a serious look and think about what you have already given away. So who's getting locked up in January? What part of the country is it this time or is it all of the country. Why have doctors and nurses from all over the country been told to be ready for a pandemic around Christmas and onward? Think about that and you may realise it is all a planned agenda. It also is the time that a big number of jabbed people reach time for major adverse effects to start taking place and these will be covered up and recorded as virus instead. People have to take the time to do some research for themselves because until done so they will never know the truth and will continue to believe the TV series called BS. I was part of the founding of this PAC's predecessor group, the Coalition of Asian Pacific Americans, established in 1988 after the successful campaign to defeat Dan Lungren's appointment as California State Treasurer. I wrote about this historic moment, recalling how the Washington Post noted that the Asian Americans behind Lungren's defeat "revolutionized the political image of what once was California's quietest minority." More than three decades later, we have made incredible progress, but it remains largely an uphill battle for us. Which is why we're asking for your support. We are close to reaching our $100,000 matching campaign goal. When Ginger's email went out, we were nearly at 80 percent of our goal. Now we're at 90 percent at closing in! Your donation could be the one to help us cross the finish line! Because of your support, we are approving donations to: $5,000 for Georgians Advancing Progress PAC (GAPPAC) - GAPPAC was instrumental in helping turn out a record Asian American vote in Georgia (almost 4% of the electorate) in both the 2020 Presidential Election and 2021 US Senate Runoff. The expected efforts in 2022 will be similar to 2020 and 2021, with outreach in multiple languages, phone and postcard campaigns, particularly directed to electing selected Democratic and Asian-American candidates in state and local elections in Georgia, including Rep. We advocate for progressive policies that benefit the hardworking members of our community. Nevada is home to over 300,000 Asian Pacific Islander Americans, comprising around 10 percent of the total population. In a future round of giving, we will include additional Asian Pacific American support in Georgia towards fighting voter suppression and registering and activating Democratic voters. Our investment in APA voters will be a crucial part of helping Stacey Abrams win the Governor's race! WTH?To: Loran Harding <loran.harding@stanfordalumni.org> Wednesday, December 22, 2021 To all- Here is Dr. John Campbell for Tuesday, December 21, 2021: The CDC is quoted here by Dr. Campbell making some crazy statements. WTF? He quotes them as saying that: 1) They don't know how contagious the Omicron virus is. 2) Theydon't know how severe the illness is that it causes and 3) They don't know how effective our vaccines are in preventing illness from Omicron. Dr. Campbell shows that we DO have a pretty good idea about all three of those! Hewonders why the CDC would make such statements!!! My guess is that they are all too busy out shopping. That or they are just stupid. We KNOW that the stupid part is not true. Maybesome low level employee with a degree in English and with a big, rich Nazi affirmative action job released these statements. Biden should ask them about this. To hear this, start at 5:00 in the video and go to 8:47. At 6:41 he goes over thesymptoms of Omicron. He is really incredulous about these statements by the CDC. Start at 5:00 and listen to 8:47, at least. It is all good, of course. Omicron dominates in US - YouTube L. William Harding Fresno, Ca. Tuesday night, December 21, 2021 To all- I am sending this again because of a disagreement between Dr. Campbell and Dr. Fauci as to whether Omicron is going to cause hospitals to become "very stressed". I giveyou the points in the video of yesterday by Dr. Campbell to see that discussion. It is only four minutes long. Dr. Campbell thinks that the abundant supply of Delta variant and 68 millionunvaccinated Americans may fill our hospitals now with more people congregating indoors in the winter, but he does not think our hospitals are going to be "highly stressed" due to therapidly spreading Omicron variant. He says they aren't in South Africa or in the UK. Dr. John Campbell for today. Cases of Omicron are rising fast in the US. BUT,hospitalizations are rising BUT NOT SURGING. That is a huge point he makes here. He goes over the data in NYC and in US as a whole. Some data in Texas. Looks at the numbers ofpeople with confirmed cases of Omicron in the UK and the tiny number who are hospitalized with it. He likes what he is seeing. Too early to start cheering, but he likes the numbers. Significant: See on this vid from 8:00 to 12:00. Here Dr. Campbell shows somequotes from Dr. Fauci re what is going to happen to US hospitals as Omicron becomes very widespread. "Hospitals are going to be very stressed" if things keep going as they are now, says Dr. Fauci. Well, says Dr. Campbell, not yet. That has not happened in South Africaand it has not happened yet in the UK. See at 10:21 where he disagrees directly with Dr.Fauci. This discussion ends at 12:00 minutes. LH- The nightly network news in the US shouts about cases soaring in the US and some hosptals being packed, some in Wiscosin. In the colder weather, people are inside moreand congregating more. We FOR SURE still have much Delta circulating, and I think that is what is causing the big surge, to the extent it is a surge, in the US hospitalization rate. Dr.Campbell shows a small uptick in US hospitalizations on one chart but says "that is stillDelta:.It is still Delta in the US. So it is a somewhat confused situation in the US. Cases areup, probably mostly due to Omicron but certainly due to new Delta cases too, some hospitals are experiencing high pt. loads with Covid19, and the government is sort of using that to urgepeople to get vaccinated and boosted. Nothing wrong with that message, but I think a tiny bit of sleight of hand is going on. But would anybody urge people not to get vaccinated at thispoint? Only perhaps people who have been seriously injured by the Covid vaccines, and some for sure have been. But regardless of what is happening tonight, December 21, 2021 in somehospitals wrt Covid pt. loads, the unvaccinated should get vaccinated and the vaxxed should get boosted. Tonight the news said that 68 million Americans are still unvaccinated. 54% ofFresno County, California residents are vaccinated. Tonight on KCBS-SF the idea of widespread infection with Omicron causing herd immunity and only mild disease was presented to an expert. She said we don't know enoughyet about Omicron to advocate or encourage that. US omicron surge now - YouTube At the end here he goes over the percents of "inflamatory heart disease complications from vaccination for Covid"- myocarditis and pericarditis. They aspirate in Denmark and do not aspirate in Norway. Your chance of getting the inflamatory heart disease after vax. in Denmark is 1 in33,369. Your chance of getting the inflamatory heart disease after vax in Norway is 1 in13,743. Which would you want? Dr. Campbell says that this is conclusive evidence of the need to aspirate. He excoriates the government and medical officials in the UK and the US for not mandating andenforcing aspiration when giving Covid vaccinations. It's a national outrage, words to that effect. He gets exercised. Not catatonic, but really exercised about this. L. William Harding Fresno, Ca. BTW, the CBS evening network news tonight said that 90% of new cases of Covid in NYC are Omicron. Last night, ABC News just reported a huge increase of "Covid cases" inNYC without indicating what percent are Omicron. I can surely see how if you have thousands of people showing up with Covid symptoms, it could be difficult to determine thepercent who are Omicron and get that onto the evening news. I give ABC News a pass on this. Besides, as Dr. Campbell says, the true number of people infected with any variant is waymore than the number of confirmed cases. L. William Harding Fresno, Ca. Ask any CPA (Certified public accountant) On the balance sheet they project multi milliondollar losses dealing with Police brutality and in this case vicious canine attacks. There is special accounting that reserves monies to be allocated to settlements. Why didn’t Jeff Rosen bring criminal charges against this police officer. Mr. Rosen wassimply exercising his man date to exercise prosecutorial discretion. He simply picks and chooses cases where he believes the person and or parties are guilty beyond all reasonabledoubt. In this case although the video was incredibly shocking, felt that 12 jurors would find it impossible to conclude that the officer was guilty of criminal negligence. In other wordswillful and wanton behavior. There is a difference. For this reason his attorney decided to litigate the issue in civil court where he can sue for damages which he has. Unfortunately, Attorneys looking for a quickbuck will settle the case out of court. There have been or there was one unique court case that went to trial and that was the case involving Mr. Schmidt I believe he received a $1 million judgment. How many other cases have been hidden from public purview an unknown number. The wordtransparency is nowhere to be found in the vocabulary of city council members past and present. All legal discussions are conducted behind closed doors utilizing existing laws that allow themto do so. All perfectly legal. Molly Stump current defense attorney for the city of Palo Alto city council and the entire Police Department Will use her required deceptive and convincingargument to keep the general public the citizens of Palo Alto completely in the dark. Is it fair no it’s not and she knows this and yet she will continue to support the status quo. The only public recourse is to file a California public records request. This act in itself forces, forces in this case the city of Palo Alto to reveal hidden facts.. Jethroe Moore II Kristen Clarke, Assistant Attorney General for the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division & Rob Bonta, California Attorney General The U.S. DOJ is investigating the Mount Vernon Police Department for civil rights violations including excessive force and the California Attorney General is investigating the Los Angeles area Torrance Police Department over officers trading racist and homophobic text messages and joked about beatings, slavery and police shootings. https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/united-states-attorney-damian-williams-announces-investigation-mount-vernon-police https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/584256-doj-launches-civil-rights-probe-into-police-department-in-new-york https://www.foxnews.com/us/california-opens-probe-la-area-officers-racist-texts https://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/questions-surround-palo-alto-police-officers-use-of- force/153019/ During an arrest in February 2018 Palo Alto police Sergeant Wayne Benitez is seen in home surveillance video smashing the face of a HAND CUFFED suspect who allegedly was driving on a suspended license. Benitez clearly violated PC 149. He then knowingly made a false statement in the police report when he stated that he did not use any force. Additionally Sgt. Benitez mocked the suspect, Alvarez, for being gay. https://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/questions-surround-palo-alto-police-officers-use-of- force/153019/ Officers DeStefano and Conde witnessed the excessive force but never said anything about holding Benitez accountable. Instead, Officer Destefano shared a text with fellow officer Kevin Mullarkey applauding Benitez’ use of excessive force and Officer Mullarkey replying with excited approval having witnessed similar actions in the past. Police Chief Robert Jonsen stated that he holds officers accountable when they violate policy and the law. But Jonsen knew what Benitez did but allowed him to retire without ever holding him accountable. Chief Robert Jonsen violated POST Standards https://corruptpaloaltopolice.weebly.com/benitez.html It was only after the home surveillance video that was produced by the victim that forced DA Jeff Rosen to prosecute Benitez for his violations of the law for prior to viewing that video DA Rosen said he did not have the evidence to prosecute Benitez because the PAPD command staffcovered up Benitez’ actions by suppressing the evidence. Despite video footage and Benitez being prosecuted by the pro-cop DA Jeff Rosen Chief Jonsen has not stated whether Benitez violated any department policies or the law. Chief Jonsen refuses to condemn Benitez’ actions. This is nothing new for Chief Jonsen as he was condemned by the U.S. DOJ for using an unwritten policy of violating the civil rights of African Americans during the time, 2011 through 2013, when he was the captain/chief of the Lancaster Sheriff’s station. https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/crt/legacy/2013/06/28/antelope_findings_6-28-13.pdf http://www.publiccounsel.org/press_releases?id=0022 https://archive.kpcc.org/news/2013/06/28/37967/doj-deputies-at-la-county-sheriff-s-stations-in-la/ https://theavtimes.com/2015/04/29/sheriffs-department-doj-settle-av-civil-rights-case-2/ https://theavtimes.com/2011/11/29/emotions-run-high-at-town-hall-meeting/ I wonder what other texts of hatred, bigotry and violations of the law Attorney General Rob Bonta would uncover if he conducted a thorough investigation of the Palo Alto Police Department. Now what is interesting about Officer Kevin Mullarkey is that six months before he praised Sgt. Benitez in a text message for using excessive force in violation of the law Officer Mullarkey knowingly and deliberately with the help of Officer Paul Burgio falsely arrested me in Starbucks. Their motive was to instigate an incident by which I could be arrested for resisting arrest. They let me go claiming that they miss-identified me as someone else. But that is not true for both Mullarkey and Burgio knew who I was before the incident and therefore knew I was not the person whom they claimed I was. The entire conspiracy was perpetrated as a retaliatory act on behalf of a fellow officer, KellyBurger, who, along with several other officers whom I exposed destroying, editing and falsifying evidence including audio video recordings and taser gun activation date in order to cover up their false arrest and excessive force of me several years earlier. How do we know members of the PAPD destroyed and falsified evidence inviolation of the law? https://chiefburns.weebly.com/shocked.html In Andrew Hinz’ expert reports he states that no electricity was discharged through Officer Burger’s taser wires yet Officer Burger stated at the scene of the incident that he was shocked from his own taser wires. Now the only way Office Burger could have been shocked with electricity from touching the wires is if the insulation in the wires burned off which only occurs after electricity has been discharged through the wires for over 15 seconds. The video footage of Office Burger discharging electricity from his taser gun ismissing from the patrol car video and his taser camera video. 8 months after the incident Officer Temores testified in court that he did not fire taser probes from his taser gun. However, at the scene of the incident Officer Burger stated to the medics that Temores did in fact fire taser probes from his taser gun. The video footage of Temores firing taser probes from his taser gun is missingfrom his patrol car video as well as his taser camera video. Former Chief Dennis Burns stated in a discovery request that Temores’ taser cartridge, taser probes, AFIDS and taser wires were destroyed because the cartridge broke. What Happened: So what happened is that the PAPD destroyed Officer Burger’s tase wires which would show he discharged electricity into Ciampi for over twenty seconds and replaced Burger’s taser wires with Temores taser wires for no electricity was discharged through Temores’ taser wires which is how Andrew Hinz of Taser International could draw his conclusion. But that does not get Hinz off the hook for he forensically analyzed the taser gun data ports and taser cameras and made the mistake of acknowledging the actual taser cameras that recorded the incident were not the ones that the PAPD claimed were the cameras that recorded the incident. HInz followed it up by stating that the cameras that recorded the incident were destroyed by Taser International. 1) https://chiefburns.weebly.com/exhibit-7.html 2) https://chiefburns.weebly.com/exhibit-5.html 3) https://corruptpaloaltopolice.weebly.com/powers.html 4) https://corruptpaloaltopolice.weebly.com/afanasiev.html Former Palo Alto Police Officer Manuel Temores Officer Temores testified that the battery on his microphone ran out of power and therefore there was no audio recording with the video. Santa Clara County Crime Lab Analyst Christopher Corpora forensically verified that there is audio on the recording but that it had been electronically muted so that it could not be heard. https://sccrimelab.weebly.com/three.html This is Palo Alto Police Sgt. Alex Afanasiev. He was tasked with photographing all of the evidence at the scene of the incident. This means he would have photographed Officer Temores’ broken taser cartridge yet the PAPD did not have a photograph of Temores’ broken taser cartridge. Why? Because it was not broken and Afanasiev knows this. Afanasiev should have photographed Officer Temores’ taser cartridge, taser probes, blast doors, AFIDS and taser wires. There were no photographs of any of these items because the PAPD destroyed the photographs. Above Officer Burger is holding a taser probe in his hand that was given to him by Officer Temores at the scene of the incident. Either Afanasiev photographed this taser probe and the photograph was destroyed or Afanasiev deliberately did not photograph the taser probe. The PAPD had to destroy the photograph of this taser probe because they destroyed the taser probe. The PAPD destroyed the taser probe because they had to destroy the evidence that showed they edited and falsified the videos. Sergeant Alex Afanasiev knows everything about how his fellow officers destroyed, altered and falsified evidence and created falsified videos; fake videos that are pieces of fictioncreated out of non-fiction in order to conceal his fellow officers’ crimes while wrongly incriminating their victim by falsely portraying what actually occurred. https://corruptpaloaltopolice.weebly.com/afanasiev.html Sergeant Alex Afanasiev took an oath to protect and defend the Constitutionagainst all enemies foreign and domestic. The statuette of limitations to hold his fellow officers accountable have expired but there is no time limit, no statute of limitations on defending the Constitution. Sgt. Afanasiev’s fellow officers have attacked and destroyed the Constitution; Sgt. Afanasiev gave his Word as a man to defend that Constitution from anyone who would destroy it. Sgt. Afanasiev can honor his Word by picking up the phone and call Attorney General Rob Bonta and U.S. Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke, and inform them of everything he knows. https://www.justice.gov/crt/meet-assistant-attorney-general CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE HEATHER.HOESTEREY, Supervising Deputy Attorney General 1300 I Street Sacramento, CA 95814 (916) 210-6260 Sam.Siegel@doj.ca.gov HEATHER.HOESTEREY@doj.ca.gov, The existence of the Constitution is dependent upon people like Sgt. Afanaiev will Honor his Word for he was involved in another incident with former officer Thomas DeStefano in which DeStefano severely injured a suspect'sshoulder. Both DeStefano’s and Afanasiev’s recording systems malfunctioned simultaneously. That excuse is about as good as a 5th grader saying his dog ate his homework. https://docs.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/california/candce/5:2014cv03415/279439/59 https://corruptpaloaltopolice.weebly.com/afanasiev.html Should a person who helped destroy and falsify evidence to conceal the crimes of fellow officers be a police officer? Sergeant Alex Afanasiev knows all of this for he aided and abetted his fellow officers to commit numerous felonies and PAPD Chief Jonsen knows this and yet retains Afanasiev as a detective in the department. 8 incidents of police misconduct resulting in 14 recording devices, (that isknown), to have failed to record the incidents: https://corruptpaloaltopolice.weebly.com/ https://corruptpaloaltopolice.weebly.com/systemic-flaws.html Then again Palo Alto Police Captain April Wagner who is a co-conspirator of the destroying of evidence and the editing and falsifying of the videos and taser gun activation data has not only been retained by Police Chief Jonsen but has been promoted and placed in charge of all of the department’s videos. Captain April Wagner made statements in the police report that verify video footage is missing from all of the video recordings of the incident. https://chiefburns.weebly.com/wagner.html https://chiefburns.weebly.com/exhibit-8.html This makes perfect sense given that recently retired police Sgt. Adrienne Moore delayed medical treatment to a middle age woman suffering symptoms from a brain tumor because Moore “assumed” the woman was faking it. Sgt. Moore failed to record the incident on her body camera, her patrol car camera and for some reason her patrol car GPS system also failed. It’s been 2 ½ years since the incident and Chief Jonsen refuses to explain why Sgt. Moore’s recording devices and GPS system failed to work or whether Moore deliberately turned off the systems or if the data had been destroyed as indicated by City Attorney Molly Stump. https://corruptpaloaltopolice.weebly.com/911.html Training Officers to Violate the Constitution 4 New Officers under the command of Chief Robert Jonsen being trained to violate the Constitution, the civil rights of the powerless: https://corruptpaloaltopolice.weebly.com/training-to-violate-law.html If there is 4 than there are a lot more. US omicron surge now - YouTube At the end here he goes over the percents of "inflamatory heart disease complicationsfrom vaccination for Covid"- myocarditis and pericarditis. They aspirate in Denmark and do not aspirate in Norway. Your chance of getting the inflamatory heart disease after vax. in Denmark is 1 in 33,369. Your chance of getting the inflamatory heart disease after vax in Norway is 1 in 13,743. Which would you want? Dr. Campbell says that this is conclusive evidence of the need to aspirate. Heexcoriates the government and medical officials in the UK and the US for not mandating and enforcing aspiration when giving Covid vaccinations. It's a national outrage, words to thateffect. We went from: - Roundabout is awesome, way to go - No, let's do stop signs anyway- Actually let's do a really confusing 2-way stop together with the roundabout This is the only place in Palo Alto (or any other bay area city) where I ask my son to bike on the sidewalk. Why reprofast To: Loran Harding <loran.harding@stanfordalumni.org> Monday, December 20, 2021 To all- Here is Dr. Campbell for today, Sunday 12-19-21. Good research from Hong KongUniversity as to why Omicron is so contagious. It reproduces fast in the bronchi. It does not seem to get lower in the lungs into the alveoli where Delta causes acute respiratory syndromefilling the alveoli with fluid. When that happens, it can't be good. First Omicron science - YouTube 60% of new cases in England are now Omicron, Dr. Campbell says here. Sunday night, Dec. 19, 2021 on ABC network news in the USA they showed a huge jump in New York Cityof "Covid cases" without once saying whether they are Delta or Omicron. "OH, skip it. They wouldn't know what you were saying anyway". "They're a bunch of saps". "It's beenproven over and over that the American people will put up with just anything". If it's Omicron, the boosted stand a pretty good chance against it. 70% will be asymptomatic. If New York City has a huge spike in Delta, that means packed hospitals and ajump in deaths. With Omicron, at least in South Africa, the number of new cases line on the chart goes way up, just as in previous waves, but the deaths line, unlike in previous waves, heads for the bottom of the chart. It's very dramatic. In one video, perhaps in the one above, Dr. Campbell says that they have now determined the prevalence of the Omicron symptoms, which I think is pretty amazing. It is 1) runny nose, 2) headache, 3) fatigue, mild or severe, 4) sneezing and 5) sore throat. So milder symptoms. Rare are ICU, ventilator and death. They don't know yet about long covidwith Omicron. How could they know, since it just appeared? But all of the experts say that we do not know the full story yet with Omicron. Too new. We DO know that it can break through immunity, either immunity from vaccination andboosters or natural immunity from having had Covid and recovered, better than can Delta orearlier variants. So highly contagious, and better able to break through one's immunity. Butmilder symptoms if it does break through. And who are the people through whose immunity Omicron breaks more often? Older people, especially those with co-morbidities, like heartdisease and diabetes. So said the Kaiser Family Foundation on December 15, 2021: “Breakthrough” COVID-19 Hospitalizations Among Fully Vaccinated Patients Occur Most Often among Older Adults and Involve People with Chronic Health Conditions | KFF So if you are in that category, be very careful to follow the recommended precautions, even if you are boosted, as I was on Nov. 2, 2021. Double mask, especially if indoors with people of unknown vaccination status, arrange for good ventilation if you can, wash handsfrequently, keep hands away from nose and mouth, practice social distancing, get good sleep, practice good nutrition, see Dr. Campbell's vids on the importance of adequate Vitamin D andzinc levels. I think it is D3 that he recommends. I got my most recent hair cut nine months ago and I look like a mountain man. Pfizer and Moderna are working on vaccines specific to Omicron and these should beavailable in March, 2022, they say- just three months away. Dr. Campbell just put out a video with a doctor in Denmark on the importance of aspirating when giving vaccine injections. You do not want a Covid vaccine going into a vein.It should go into a muscle, like the Deltoid muscle in one's arm. Aspirate means to insert the needle, pull back a little on the plunger, and see if any blood comes into the syringe. If it does, you are in a vein and you should not inject the vaccine. Dr. Campbell says he has been aspirating for 40 years when he injects anything. He suspects that a failure to aspirate mayhave resulted in some of the serious reactions we have seen with the Covid vaccines. If you inject into a vein, the substance goes all over the body quickly. He harps on this, and he saysthat the government, and medical, leaders of the world, should take this message on board. They asked numerous people doing vaccinations what "aspirate" means. One person said itmeans to get some air into the syringe before doing an injection. L. William Harding Fresno, Ca.
