AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF STORM WATER DRAINAGE
EASEMENT AGREEMENT(S) WITH BP PRODUCTS NORTH
AMERICA INC.
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret ("Borough") needs to acquire a storm water
drainage easement and temporary construction license from BP Products North
America Inc. ("BP") as part of the Hill District Storm Water Pump Station
Project; and
WHEREAS, BP has agreed to provide the Borough with such an easement
pursuant to a Storm Water Drainage Easement Agreement and Temporary
Construction License, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof;
and
WHEREAS, the Borough wishes to enter into said easement agreement(s).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the attached Stann Water Drainage Easement Agreement and
Temporary Construction License are hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and appropriate Borough Officials are herby
authorized and directed to execute the above referenced
Agreement(s) on behalf of the Borough ofCarteret.
