RESOLUTION NO. 91 -3108
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING AN ADMINISTRATIVE
FEE RELATING TO ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND
MECHANICAL PERMITS
WHEREAS, The City of Temple City adopts the Los Angeles
County Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing codes and fees by
reference, and
WHEREAS, There is an Administrative Overhead Expense for
processing said permits,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 7204 of the Temple City
Municipal Code, an administrative fee of 50% is established for
mechanical permits.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to Section 7303 of the Temple City
Municipal Code, an administrative fee of 50% is established for
electrical permits.
SECTION 3. Pursuant to Section 7403 of the Temple City
Municipal Code, an administrative fee of 50% is established for
plumbing permits.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

I, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution
No. 91 -3108 was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of November
1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Breazeal,Froehle, McGowan, Wilson
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember- Manning
