The February 21, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:47 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.

The following Council Members were present:
Present: Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope, Struemph, Scrivner,
and Weber
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
RS2010 -54 (Joint City / County capital improvements projects) - Mayor John Landwehr
asked staff to begin working a little more in detail with the County on this issue.
