SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mr. Cox would like to assign his current lease agreement over to Mr. Scott Findlay. Mr. Findlay would like to assume all rights and privileges associated with this lease agreement.
The
Airport Advisory Committee has reviewed the request and has recommended that the Airport Manager submit the request to the City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Lease transfer
and authorize the Mayor to sign the assignment and assumption of lease.
