SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ms. Diana Klamt has agreed to sell a 20-foot easement for the Spring Mountain Ranch Regional Lift Station to the City for $2,915.00. The easement is located on Lot 20 of Timberlost
IV.
Attached is a copy of Resolution 04-19 authorizing the acquisition of the easement. The easement agreement is currently being prepared by the City Attorney and City Engineer
and will be available at the meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 04-19 and authorize the mayor to sign all necessary documents.
