SUMMARY STATEMENT: Staff will provide a power point presentation to provide the Council with an overview of the situation at the Golf Course.
The workshop will include a discussion of the current financial situation, the evaluation provided by staff based on the request for qualifications, staff recommendations on golf course
consultants, alternate proposals, the condition of the course and equipment, and other topics that may impact on the Council’s decision.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Provide guidance to staff
as appropriate based on the workshop.
