CALL TO ORDER
The March 4, 2011, City Council "Brown Bag" Meeting was convened at 12:04 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: *Carroll (arrived at 12:06 P.M.), Griffith, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope,
Scrivner, Struemph, and Weber
Absent: Harvey
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr stated he would like to take up a couple of items out of order to allow
City Administrator Steve Rasmussen to provide information before he has to leave the
meeting early for another meeting.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived at this point in the meeting (12:06 P.M.)
RS2010 -56 (Elmerine NIP sidewalk project) - City Administrator Steve Rasmussen provided
a staff time line estimate that would be associated with this project. Discussion was held on
this issue.
Additional Presentations from Staff, Consultants, and Invited Guests:
Councilman Bryan Pope asked if the Fire Department could make a presentation on
Monday night regarding the end of the open burning season which will occur on March 15.
Mayor John Landwehr stated that the Jefferson City Youth Coalition will also be making a
presentation on Monday night.
