RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR 2005 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") desires to implement the
2005 Road Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to solicit bids for said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Borough Engineer and Purchasing Agent are hereby
authorized to prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise
for the receipt of proposals for the 2005 Road Improvement Program.
Adopted this 22nd day of September, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 23,2005.
