SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On December 7 the Planning & Zoning
Commission reviewed the final plat for Phase Two of the Greystone on Payette Condominiums. Phase Two consists of 14 units in 7 buildings. The Preliminary Plat was approved on April 6,
for 30 condominium units in two phases. All required improvements have been either completed or bonded.
The P&Z recommends that the City Council approve the final plat. Attached is
the application, the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions, and draft Findings & Conclusions for the Council. The complete file is substantial, and is not included in this packet. The complete
file is available for review in the Community Development Department.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the final plat of Phase Two of the
Greystone on Payette Condominiums (SUB–04–7).
