1. Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 9:35 am
2. Approval of minutes
The minutes of the 3/30/21 meeting were approved. There was no opposition.
3. Old Business - none
4. New Business – Code Review progress
The committee discussed the progress of the subcommittees. The IBC & IRC committees are both in
the early part of their review. The IBC committee will next be discussing Chapters 10 & 11. The IRC
committee will take the next several meetings to review the Chapter 3 design criteria.
The IECC committee has recommended a clean adoption of both the 2018 IFGC and IMC. eSolutions of
Columbia is presenting at the next meeting, after which the subcommittee will take up a review of the
2018 IECC.

Next meeting tentatively scheduled for July 20, 2021 at 9:00 am.
