1. Call to order
Meeting was called to order at 10:07 a.m.
2. Introductions
Members introduced themselves.
3. Subcommittee expectations & general overview – What is expected from the subcommittee?
Subcommittee should review assigned codes for significant changes and current amendments. Motions
to continue amendments or make a ditional changes will be forarded to the Steering Committee for
approval and recommendation to City Council.
4. Subcommittee reports – Communication to the Steering Committee
Recommendation will be drafted by City staff and forwarded to Steering Committee for review and
approval.
5. What format of the codes will the technical subcommittee need?
Significant change materials were distributed to members.
6. New Business
Chairman Doerhoff recommended review of IBC chapters 1-4 for next meeting.

There was no public present.
8. Next meeting date
Next Meeting tentatively scheduled for April 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
