1. Call to order
Meeting was called to order at 10:05 a.m.
2. Old Business – N/A
3. New Business – Review of IBC Amendments & Significant Changes
Committee members discussed the City’s currently adopted amendments affecting Chapters 1 and 3 of
the 2015 IBC. Discussion also included the significant changes to the 2018 IBC for Chapters 1-4.
The committee requested additional information on the current amendments to the Storm Shelter
provisions (Section 423) and that item was tabled for further discussion at the next meeting.
No other objections were raised or motions made.

5. Next meeting date
Next Meeting is scheduled for May 13th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Material to be reviewed at this meeting
includes the Significant Changes to Chapters 5-8 of the 2018 IBC.
