1. Call to order
Meeting was called to order at 10:02 a.m.
2. Old Business – Review of IBC Amendments
The discussion of Section 423 (Storm Shelters) was tabled for further research into the discussion during
the adoption of the 2015 IBC.
3. New Business – Review of IBC Amendments & Significant Changes
Discussion also included the significant changes to the 2018 IBC for Chapters 5-8.
A motion was made by Mr. Doerhoff to carry forward the existing amendments and accept the significant
changes through Chapter 8 as written. Ms. Stitt seconded. The motion passed without opposition.

There was no public present.
5. Next meeting date
Next Meeting is scheduled for May 27th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Material to be reviewed at this meeting
includes the Significant Changes to Chapter 9 of the 2018 IBC.
6. Adjourn
Meeting was adjourned at 11:40 a.m.
