1. Call to order
Meeting was called to order at 10:03 a.m.
2. Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Mr. Connell to approve the minutes of the May 27 meeting. Ms. Stitt seconded.
The motion passed unopposed.
3. Old Business – N/A
4. New Business – Review of IBC Amendments & Significant Changes
The committee discussed the Significant Changes to Chapters 10 and 11 of the IBC, as published by ICC.

There was no public present.
6. Next meeting date
Next Meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Material to be reviewed at this meeting
includes the Significant Changes to Chapters 12-19 of the 2018 IBC.
