1. Call to order
Meeting was called to order at 10:03 a.m.
2. Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Ms. Stitt to approve the minutes of the June 10 meeting. Mr. Connell seconded.
The motion passed unopposed.
3. Old Business – N/A
4. New Business – Review of IBC Amendments & Significant Changes
The committee discussed the Significant Changes to Chapters 12 through 19 of the 2018 IBC, as published
by ICC. The current amendment clarifying the local frost depth was also discussed.
A motion was made by Ms. Stitt to accept Chapters 12 through 19 of the 2018 IBC as published. Mr.
Faddoul seconded. The motion passed unopposed.

There was no public present.
6. Next meeting date
Next Meeting is scheduled for July 22, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Material to be reviewed at this meeting
includes the remainder of the Significant Changes to the 2018 IBC.
