1. Call to order
Meeting was called to order at 10:34
2. Approval of minutes (4/27 Meeting)
Mr. Malicoat made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Dove seconded. The motion
passed unopposed.
3. Old Business
N/A
4. New Business – Review of the IFGC
Mr. Kreyling provided a brief overview of the current administrative amendments to the 2015 IMC. The
Committee then reviewed the Significant Changes to the 2018 IMC as published by the International
Code Council.
Mr. Dove made a motion to remove the current amendment to section 307.2.1 and accept the remaining
amendments and significant changes as written. Mr. Malicoat seconded. The motion passed unopposed.
5. Public Comments
There was no public present.
6. Next meeting date - June 8th at 10:30 AM, with meetings to follow every other Tuesday. Committee
discussed the option of having guests presenters assist with an overview of the IECC and its
requirements. Mr. Malicoat will contact staff at eConsultants in Columbia to possibly present at the next
meeting.
7. Adjourn
Mr. Malicoat moved to adjourn. Mr. Stieferman seconded. Meeting was adjourned at 11:36.
