3. New Business – Review of the Residential provisions of the 2018 IECC
Blake McClallen & Drew Wallace of Econsultants, LLC, made a presentation on the prescriptive
requirements of the residential portion of the 2018 IECC. Topics covered included airtightness
requirements, foundation & slab-on-grade insulation, insulation & fenestration efficiencies, pressure
testing and compliance alternatives.
