1. Call to order
Meeting was called to order at 3:07 p.m.
2. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes
One change to the August 11, 2021 minutes. Charles Skornia’s name was misspelled.
A motion was made by Charles Skornia and seconded by Dean Holtmeyer to approve the
minutes of the August 11th meeting, with one change.
3. Old Business
N/A
4. New Business - 2018 IRC & ISPSC Review
a. IRC Appendices (effective only when specifically adopted)
i. Currently adopted – Appendix J – Leave as is(per Committee), with more
flexibility. A motion was made by Charles Skornia and second by Emad
Faddoul.
Will revisit Appendix M- Daycare at next meeting. Inquire if this is addressed through
business licensing.
b. ISPSC Review – Adopt as is(Per Committee). Motion was made by Dean Holtmeyer
and second by Mike Crocker to adopt as is.
5. Next meeting date – Wednesday, September 8th, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.
