SUMMARY STATEMENT:
McCall Police Department is seeking grant funding to implement a community education program through
the use of public service announcements. The objective is to educate area youth about the consequences of alcohol use, with the anticipated result of a reduction of alcohol use by underage
persons. The MPD is working in conjunction with McCall Donnelly School District and the Youth Advisory Committee.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the submission of the grant and authorize
the Mayor to sign the appropriate documents.
