1. Baffles that were originally designed
for the installation should be revisited and possible installed
2. Review actually requirements for such a large motor and consider downsizing to more appropriate size
3. Review muffler
system and see if a more suitable one could be installed
Review need to test engine at what appears to be a near full throttle setting
Landscaping incomplete
Hillside planting never
completed
Construction road never re vegetated
Additional seeding required to keep dust down
Requests:
1. Review original plans and complete unfinished area’s and review replacement
of dead plants, both new and pre-existing.
2. Review area’s where additional planting would be beneficial
Electrical motor whining
High pitch undulating whining sound detectable

Review sound insulation in the baffles
Lights from inside shine on neighborhood homes at all hours

Turn off lights inside the building at night
Install blinds on windows
SMR
CC & R’s and design covenants not followed
Parking area used to store and park inappropriate vehicles
Unsightly antenna mounted without review
Request:
Review city vehicle parking policy
at this facility
Submit antennae installation for review and suggestions
Snow removal pushed on to neighbors property
Request:
1. Do not dump snow off property, store on water
treatment property
