CALL TO ORDER
The March 7, 2011, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:47 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: *Carroll (arrived at 5:48 P.M.), Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Medin, Penfold,
Struemph, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: Pope
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Presentations from Staff, Consultants, and Invited Guests:
Mayor John Landwehr announced that the Jefferson City Youth Coalition (JCYC) has
indicated they would like to postpone their presentation until the March 21 meeting.
*Councilwoman Carrie Carroll arrived at this point in the meeting
RS2010 -56 (Elmerine NIP sidewalk project) - Councilman Ron Medin distributed a
substitute resolution and explained the difference in this version from the version which was
previously distributed.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:52 P.M.
