SUMMARY STATEMENT: Attached is our annual Arbor Day Proclamation. The attached proclamation will be submitted with our 2004 Arbor Day Tree
Planting Grant. This year we will be celebrating Arbor Day on Friday April 30th.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the mayor to sign the attached proclamation.
